Meet Kim

Kim (Lowden) Krigbaum, the founder of Spiritual Journey, is a spiritual teacher, a Reiki Master and an intuitive guide and clairsentient (having the intuitive ability to feel the emotional state of others). Kim has spent a great deal of time in the Northern Woods, where her family owned two resorts in both Rhinelander and in Eagle River, WI. When she was very little, it was in these towns and with these people that she first experienced her spiritual gifts and where she learned that she comes from a long line of spiritual woman from both Europe and in the US. Kim subsequently became immersed in a lifetime spiritual journey seeking ancient and present-day wisdom. She is on a personal quest to continually grow, evolve and to connect more deeply with her higher-self/soul, to live her life and soul purpose, to be fully present and in alignment, and to live courageously as she challenges herself to overcome her every fear.
Throughout her life, Kim has spent a great deal of time with people who were about to pass on and leave this world; and she has been deeply affected by these experiences. Having had many end-of-life conversations and interviews, she has heard what people say right before they die. They talk about what really matters in life, and they talk about their regrets. Consequently, her mission is to help her clients to live a courageous life, pursuing their life & soul purpose and uncovering their authentic knowing and authentic voice. She is passionate about helping them to become fully present in each moment and to become truly alive and “in alignment”. Helping them to not waste a moment of their time here, regardless of what is currently going on in their lives and preoccupying them, and to ultimately leave this world a better place than it was when they arrived.
Kim has her Bachelors of Science Degree from UW-Madison and for the last 30 years has been in the life coaching business & executive recruiting worlds in both Chicago and Madison, WI. She is an avid student of the Course in Miracles and has worked at Agrace Hospice Care as an end of life volunteer & writing end of life reviews for patients. She was also deeply involved in CAPW “Creating a Peaceful World” a non-for profit organization where she was their VP of Marketing and Communications acting as an Activist for peaceful change in the world. Additionally, she and 3 of her best friends, Jennifer, Carrie & Monique have a spiritual podcast on Apple Podcast called “Spirit Posse” add the link, where they regularly talk about “all things spiritual” and have connected with amazing woman from all over the world.
