For me the best way to feel calm, inspired, and brave, and to also continue to grow, evolve and learn, is to surround myself with positive and thought provoking information, messages, mantras and people. Below you will find a few of my favorite books (I’m a huge fane of listening to books) as well as some Ted Talks, meditations and link to my podcast “Spirit Posse”. I also can’t say enough about the life changing benefits of creating your own “Spiritual Group”. Surrounding yourself with a group of supportive woman who can share ideas and also learn and grow together, makes all the difference in the world.

Mantras/Inspiring Quotes

Surrounding yourself with inspirational quotes and thoughts is extremely important to our spiritual growth and to living a calm, courageous and joy filled life. These motivating ideas directly affect our internal dialogue; which is the single most important conversation we have in any given day. Repeating positive Mantras simply changes everything and I have found that for me a combination of my own mantras (which I write myself and specifically address my emotions and current issues) and using others, is the best and truest fit.

Podcasts have played a very important role in my daily life. While getting ready in the morning, driving, working out, cooking, taking walks or before bedtime etc.; I often listen to them. They have inspired me, calmed me, and most importantly have taught me so many lessons that have helped me to see the world and others in a different and more compassionate light. I am forever changed and grateful for this experience.

Suggested 21 Day Meditations

Meditations have had a powerful affect on me. First and foremost, they have taught me to stop. That pretty much sums it up. Stop, listen, quit running around, put down my “to do” list and hear my inner guidance and wisdom. I also love meditations that have questions at the end since you can date them and go back and see the evolution of your progress.
