The first step in this process of changing your life, is to schedule a free 60 minute consultation with me. We can get to know each other and discuss what we can do to help you achieve the life you want and deserve.
After the 60 minute consultation, if it feels right to you, we can then schedule a 90 minute session ($150) to take the first step in writing your new chapter. As far as future work, some of my clients only needed the one 90 minute session and others talk with me once a week, once a month or just periodically as they feel the need. My goal in life is simply to help you, so whatever feels right to you, is right for me.
Here are examples of some of the ways I can help you grow and evolve. You may feel drawn to one of these ideas, or many of these, or you may have something entirely different in mind. That’s great. We will tailor this to you and to whatever your mind and soul feel will help you best. We got this. It’s time.
Start Your Spiritual Journey (Or, fine tune your current one)…
Are you new to spirituality? Do you want to start a spiritual journey but can’t figure out where to begin and are not really sure what it all even means? I’ll walk you through the basics and then tailor a spiritual practice specifically for you and your soul. Take a deep breath because your whole world, every relationship, and your perception of what is really important is about to change.

Do you truly mean to fit spirituality into your life but simply forget to? Or do you feel to rushed to know how to possibly fit in one more item on your “to do list”? Learn to Meditate
Call it meditation, call it sitting still, call it mindfulness or being calm. Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need it.
You can learn to be present and control your thoughts. Imagine what it would feel like to actually be where you are, and not spend time lamenting the past or worrying about the future? Picture being deeply focused on and enjoying what you are doing right now; and not subconsciously believing that some future activity or event is going to bring you more happiness.
The truth is that everything you need is actually already right here, in this moment… Learning to be present changes everything…and is nothing short of a miracle. You experience everything more deeply, you are calm, and you can breathe. Being present is where all of your power, creativity, and wisdom reside and it is also what allows you to get into flow and experience life’s synchronicities.

What are you afraid of? Most people don’t realize how invigorating & truly empowering it feels to face their fears. You can actually learn to be ok feeling uncomfortable & sitting in fear. And, it is an amazing experience to feel fear releasing from your body. It becomes almost a game, where you welcome the challenge and can honestly learn to enjoy the process; and start looking for other fears to overcome. So let’s figure out what “soul lessons” you need to face and work through. Through overcoming your fears and surrendering to this extraordinary act of courage, you become a warrior. In the end, you might ultimately be happy and grateful that you had the fear in the first place; and see it as a gift that helped you to grow and evolve.

Have you spent years dealing with the same issues, the same negative self talk or problems with yourself, your spouse, family members or friends? Have the same things bothered you over and over again, like getting upset in traffic, stressing about your bills, worrying about your kids, etc? What if you could learn to see and perceive things differently? What if you could literally rewire your brain? Believe me, you can. And, when you do, your old thought and behavior patterns will change. You see situations and people in a different light and your responses shift and consequently your whole world changes. The most interesting part of this is that nothing around you actually needs to change, but you change. You can do this. And, while you allow your perceptions and beliefs to evolve, you will be able to watch and witness your whole life change in response to this shift. It’s fascinating the first time you hear yourself respond differently or see yourself act in a different way. You will be amazed at what you are capable of accomplishing; if only you become aware and decide to try…
